Terms of Service
Last updated September 28, 2026
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using FlowlyPlanner (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
2. What the Service is
FlowlyPlanner helps you plan event seating: importing guest lists, arranging tables, assigning seats, printing day-of stationery, sharing a guest-facing “find my table” page, and collaborating with co-planners.
3. Public beta
The Service is in public beta. During the beta every feature is free, with no limits on guests, tables, events or co-planners. Features may change as we improve them. Before any paid plans begin we’ll give signed-in users clear notice, and nothing you’ve created will be deleted or hidden because of a plan change.
4. Your account
- Give an accurate email address and keep your password secure.
- You’re responsible for activity under your account, including changes made by co-planners you invite.
- Tell us promptly through if you think someone else is using your account.
5. Guest information
When you enter information about your guests, you’re responsible for having a reasonable basis to use it for planning your event. If you publish an event, guest names and table assignments become visible to anyone with the guest link, so publish only what you’re comfortable sharing, and unpublish when the event is over.
6. Paid plans (when they launch)
If you later choose a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe and the price, billing interval, any trial and the renewal terms will be shown before you confirm. You’ll be able to cancel from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Your data is not deleted when a plan ends.
7. Acceptable use
Don’t use the Service to break the law, upload malicious content, try to access other people’s accounts or events, disrupt the Service, or scrape it with automated tools.
8. Your content
You own your events, guest lists and uploads. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the Service to you and the people you share them with. You can export everything at any time from Settings, and delete your account there too. See the Privacy Policy for what deletion covers.
9. Availability
We work hard to keep the Service available, especially on event days, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted access. For the day itself, print your door chart and escort cards as a backup to the guest QR page.
10. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
11. Ending use
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
12. Changes
We’ll post changes here and notify signed-in users of material changes before they take effect.
13. Contact
, from the foot of any page or from Settings when you’re signed in.
